Ava August
Ava August, then 14, performed in front of an SOLD-OUT crowd in the 30,000 people who gathered at Staples Center before the Los Angeles Kings hockey match. Ava August was recruited and scheduled to perform by the Los Angeles Dodgers and L.A. Galaxy Professional soccer and baseball teams respectively, but COVID-19 pandemic resulted in cancellations of these bookings. Ava August was 15 years old. Ava August also became the youngest ever to perform and take part in American Idol season 19. Ava August won the GOLDEN TICKER during the Audition Round. After that, the Genre, Duets, Showstoppers, Celebrity/Solo and the Top 16 rounds were played. Ava got voted in the TOP 10 by the American public. Ava August sang on American Idol two original tracks - Neighbor Boys as well as Ghost of You. Ava was also a star in an unforgettable duet with internationally acclaimed celebrity singer, Josh Groban. Ava August released Daybreak which was a critically-acclaimed song when she was just 15. The song was supported by her first musical video. Daybreak together with The Tropical Surf Hour was broadcasted on KX93.5 AM in the early morning on 11/01/20. On the 29th of November, Daybreak was broadcast by 88.5 FM LA/OC just before 11M listeners residing in Southern California.
